Every
dog will offer wrong behaviors every now and then while
learning a new behavior or a criterion. It is therefore
practical to teach the words "wrong" to mean,
"you chose wrong, try again".
You can teach this in the following way:
put two toys on the floor, e.g. a ball and a tug toy. Start
reinforcing only when the dog chooses the ball. Soon the
dog will totally ignore the other toy and will always choose
the ball because that is the one he gets click and treat
for. Then turn everything upside down. Next time the dog
chooses the ball, say with a neutral voice "wrong"
and do not click. For a moment the dog will be amazed but
soon will try the other toy, for which you click and treat.
Next you can start using the word "wrong" in training:
when the dog is supposed to do something you are teaching
to him, but does something else instead, say "wrong"
and the dog will understand he needs to try something else.
