Niilo came to live with us in June 2005. He was
born on February 15th, 2005 - the day his dad won the Group at Westminster!
Niilo is bred by Heather and Peter Whitcomb from Thetford Mines,
Canada (Heathers Bloodhounds).
Niilo's dam is Am/Can Ch. Quiet Creek’s Triumph
for Heather aka Triumph.
Niilo's sire is Martta’s famous brother Knotty,
MultiBIS/BISS Int Am & Can Ch. Heathers Knock On Wood.
His temperament is outgoing and happy, he loves everyone and is
the clown of the house. Niilo’s favorite hobbies include "gardening",
stealing shoes and cuddling with mom – in addition to mantrailing
and general bloodhound rioting, of course. Niilo’s special
feature from puppyhood has been his laughter – when he’s
extremely happy he wrinkles his face, which unfortunately not all
dogs understand as laughter.. Niilo is a very funny dog and a joy
to live with. He is my very special boy.
